Shut down PC. Turn off power supply switch and unplug power cord from wall. Hold PC power button down for 30 seconds to drain motherboard capacitors. Plug back in and boot up.
Restart Bluetooth Support Service
Press Win+R, type 'services.msc', find 'Bluetooth Support Service'. Right-click -> Properties -> set Startup type to 'Automatic'. Click 'Start', then click OK.
Reinstall clean vendor Bluetooth driver
Download latest Bluetooth driver from motherboard manufacturer site (or Intel Driver & Support Assistant). Uninstall current driver from Device Manager and install the downloaded package.
