BSOD: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (0x00000119)
The Windows video scheduler detects that a display driver timed out while executing a graphics command and could not be recovered via Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR).
Internal desktop parts run on harmless 12V DC voltage and cannot shock you. Simply unplug the wall power cable first, then touch the unpainted metal case frame to ground static electricity.

Interactive Fix Checklist

Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings. Toggle 'Hardware-accelerated scheduling' to Off and reboot your PC.
Disable browser hardware acceleration as a test
In Chrome, Edge, or Discord, open Settings > System and turn off 'Use graphics acceleration when available'. If crashes halt, the graphics driver video decode engine is unstable.
Roll back to previous WHQL Studio or Game Ready driver
Open Device Manager > Display adapters > Right-click your > Properties > Driver tab > Click 'Roll Back Driver' if the issue began immediately after a recent driver update.
Repair corrupted Windows system files with SFC and DISM
Open Terminal as Administrator and execute: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth followed by sfc /scannow to fix damaged graphics subsystem components.
