The operating system kernel failed to read requested kernel data from disk storage into physical due to hardware connection failure or bad sectors.

Inspect SSD / HDD health with CrystalDiskInfo

Reseat NVMe M.2 SSD or SATA cables
Turn off power, remove the M.2 , clean the contacts, and firmly reinstall. For 2.5"/3.5" SATA drives, replace the SATA data cable and try another motherboard port.
Update SSD firmware
