Out of Virtual Memory warning despite free physical RAM available
Windows exhausts commit charge because the virtual memory paging file (pagefile.sys) is manually disabled, set too small, or residing on a storage drive with zero free space.

Press Win + R, type 'sysdm.cpl', go to Advanced tab > Performance 'Settings' > Advanced tab > Virtual memory 'Change' > Check 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives' > Click OK and reboot.
Free up at least 20GB of disk space on drive C:
The Windows paging file dynamically expands when heavy applications launch. If drive C: has less than 5GB free, the pagefile cannot grow, causing instant out-of-memory crashes.
Set custom initial and maximum paging file limits
If setting custom sizes manually on an NVMe , configure 'Initial size' to 8192 MB (8GB) and 'Maximum size' to 24576 MB (24GB) to avoid commit limit truncation.
Identify memory-leaking background processes
Open Task Manager, go to Details tab, right-click column headers, click 'Select columns', check 'Commit size', and sort descending to identify programs consuming abnormal virtual allocation.
