Printer status shows 'Driver is unavailable'
Windows Print Spooler cannot communicate with the printer because required vendor print drivers are corrupt or missing.
Internal desktop parts run on harmless 12V DC voltage and cannot shock you. Simply unplug the wall power cable first, then touch the unpainted metal case frame to ground static electricity.

Interactive Fix Checklist

Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → select printer → Remove. Next, press Win+R, type 'printui.exe /s', go to Drivers tab, and remove the printer driver package.
Restart the Print Spooler service
Open Command Prompt as admin and run 'net stop spooler', delete all files inside 'C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS', and run 'net start spooler'.
Install official manufacturer full-feature software suite
Download the official offline driver package directly from HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother rather than relying on Windows Update generic drivers.
Use standard TCP/IP port for network printers
In printer properties, add a Standard TCP/IP Port using the printer's fixed IP address instead of relying on WSD (Web Services on Devices) ports.
