'Windows could not automatically detect network's proxy settings'

Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy. Under 'Automatic proxy setup', turn OFF 'Automatically detect settings'. Under 'Manual proxy setup', turn OFF 'Use a proxy server'.
Inspect WinHTTP system proxy via CMD
Open Command Prompt as admin and run: 'netsh winhttp show proxy'. If a proxy server is listed, run 'netsh winhttp reset proxy' to restore direct access.
Clean proxy entries in Windows Registry
Navigate to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings'. Set 'ProxyEnable' to 0 and delete 'ProxyServer' key.
