Hold Shift while clicking Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart → press '7' or 'F7' to 'Disable driver signature enforcement'.
Install the required driver while enforcement is disabled
In Device Manager, install the driver package. Accept the prompt: 'Install this driver software anyway'.
Enable Test Signing mode if permanent use is needed
Open administrative Command Prompt and run 'bcdedit /set testsigning on' if the device must run continuously across reboots.
Seek updated WHQL-certified driver
Contact hardware manufacturer for a 64-bit SHA-256 signed driver compatible with modern Windows Core Isolation.
