Open Command Prompt as Administrator and execute: netsh winsock reset. This cleans out third-party Layered Service Providers (LSPs) that intercept socket traffic.
Reset TCP/IP protocol stack
In the same Administrator command prompt, execute: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt. This resets TCP/IP registry parameters back to default Windows values.
Flush and re-register DNS client resolver
Execute commands: ipconfig /flushdns followed by ipconfig /registerdns to clear cached name resolutions.
Execute complete Windows Network Reset
If commands fail, open Windows Settings -> Network & internet -> Advanced network settings -> Network reset -> click Reset now. Windows will reinstall all network adapters and reboot.
