In the same command prompt, run 'netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt' and 'netsh int ipv6 reset'.
Restart computer immediately
Reboot Windows to allow the kernel network subsystem to rebuild the protocol catalog from scratch.
Verify no malicious Layered Service Providers (LSPs)
Run 'netsh winsock show catalog' to ensure only official Microsoft kernel providers are registered.
